move variables to tighter scope

* it's not necessary to have the threads bite into these holes

* honeycomb is better than 3dhoneycomb for most of the parts.
* the 3d version seems to be better for large volumes.
* with the small volumes, 3dhoneycomb basically turns into squares

enlarge shaft because printing is wonky

make wheel thinner so it clears the screw heads

reset slic3r configs after cleaning out nozzle

* it looks like the nozzle was clogged and that was why the configs
  weren't working like they had been.

sync after loading gcode to card

sync instead of waiting a second.  a second is almost always too
long to wait.  on occasion, it can also be too short.  sync is more
accurately what to wait for.

fix materia 101 bed size

shrink overlap even more to use less filament

slowdown infill speed to make it more solid

shrink edge overlap for smoother outer surface

cover more of the ball with ball holder

shrink ball just a little to hold ball better

increase ball size to allow more movement
